Application for a driver's license at the city hall
non-EU citizens must prove the following:
1) proof of residence in the Czech Republic (valid and at least 6 months old)
2) employment contract for an indefinite period and older than 6 months (the agreement on the performance of work and on work activities is invalid)
This requires confirmation from the employer that the employee is not on notice (this must not be older than 14 days and must be confirmed by a stamp)
3) ID card of the insured in the Czech Republic
4) lease agreement older than 6 months
The landlord confirms that this person is not on notice. Confirmation must not be older than 14 days.
5) as far as students are concerned, confirmation of DAILY study, while the student must study here already min. 6 months and continue for at least another six months. Ideally, it must be stated that the student is studying from XXX to YYY)
6) in the case of receiving a pension, a confirmation of this, directly from the social administration.
